01Who is B2?
B2 is the trading name of Bsquared Technology Pte Ltd (“BSQ”), a company established in 2018 and headquartered in Singapore. B2 provided OTC liquidity and trading solutions to institutional counterparties.
02What is the current status of B2?
BSQ ceased regulated operations in Singapore on 10 April 2026 and is undertaking an orderly wind‑down of its business. BSQ is no longer conducting trading or other regulated activities and does not offer any products or services.

05Can I open a new account or trade with B2?
No. B2 is not accepting new counterparties and does not provide trading or other regulated services.
